We are doubling our telesales staff and need your training skills. Our newest team member will have a “closers” mentality and motivational coaching approach – ultimately helping us develop the best sales reps in the country.
This individual will be responsible for new hire training:
• Creating excitement and product knowledge
• Facilitating skills for direct B2B telesales
• Assessing ability to do the job and make cuts accordingly
• Updating training program and manuals as necessary
• Graduate successful reps weekly to our sales floor.
Ideal candidate will possess:
• 2+ years as a trainer in a sales environment (REQUIRED)
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
Our trainer will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and have strong interaction with the Recruiter and Sales Managers.
